What materials do you use?
We use solid 14K gold, 18K gold vermeil over 925 sterling silver, 925 sterling silver, and ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium for selected ear jewelry. Please check each product page for the exact material and care instructions.
Is your jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
If you have metal sensitivities, solid 14K gold is a beautiful place to start, and ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium is an excellent choice for ear jewelry. Our 18K gold vermeil and 925 sterling silver pieces are also crafted with hypoallergenic materials. Individual sensitivities vary, so we cannot guarantee that any piece is allergy-free for everyone.
How do I find my ring size?
Use our printable Ring Size Guide — print it at 100% or Actual Size and confirm that the calibration ruler measures exactly 50 mm. You can also wrap a thin strip of paper around your finger and compare it to our chart, or visit a local professional jeweller. Orvielle does not currently offer in-person ring sizing.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Every order comes in our signature packaging, perfect for gifting. You can also add a personalized note at checkout.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery or pick up. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged and complete. Engraved or monogrammed pieces, gift cards and the Jewelry Care Kit are not returnable. Return shipping is complimentary within the United States and Canada; other international returns have a $30 fee deducted from the refund, and original shipping fees are not refundable.
What are your shipping rates?
Free standard shipping on orders of CAD 80 / USD 80 or more within Canada and the United States, HKD 1,170 in Hong Kong, RMB 1,050 in China, GBP 110 in the United Kingdom, and EUR 130 in the Eurozone. Below the threshold, standard shipping is $10 within Canada and the US. Express shipping is $20 and is available in Canada and the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery normally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Yes, we ship to over 30 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
